Definition of cookies. – Cookies are small text files that the sites visited send to the browser used by the user for navigation and in which they are stored to be then retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit made by the user with the same device. Acceptance or refusal of cookies. – The installation of technical cookies does not require the prior consent of the user, without prejudice to the obligation to provide information pursuant to art. 13 GDPR.

For the installation of profiling cookies , however, given their invasiveness in the private sphere of users, European and Italian legislation requires that the user must be informed about their use and the need for their consent. Outside of these hypotheses, the data will not be disclosed, transferred to a third country or to an international organization, nor communicated to third parties, except in cases where communication to third parties is required by national or European Union law.

Data retention. – Data collected through first-party cookies will have the maximum duration indicated in the table above.

Rights of the interested party. – The interested party has the right:
