Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times

For our shipments, we use express couriers such as SDA, BRT, DHL, etc., and orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours of payment.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during office hours. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

To track your delivery, please use the tracking number received by email upon order confirmation, or request one through the Contact Us page.

For destinations referred to as "remote areas," such as small mountain resorts or towns with low industrial density, delivery times may be slightly longer than recommended.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

Please note that during promotional and Christmas periods, processing of new orders may experience slight delays.
